  8. SB You is a web publishing platform powered by WordPress that lets you quickly create professional-looking websites. Faculty, staff and students can create a single site or as many as they want for a variety of purposes such as course information, team activities or personal blogs and portfolios.

  9. Stony Brook has moved from Blackboard to Brightspace. Spring 2023 was the final semester that Blackboard was an option for courses, and Blackboard retired on 10/4/2023.

  10. SUNY BI & SUNY FMS are Financial Systems (SUNY Web portal) used by department account managers to view state account allocation, expenditure and encumbrance balances. The system is also used by staff to reconcile AEPC Visa card purchases.
