SUNY BI & SUNY FMS Financial Systems (SUNY Web portal)
SUNY BI & SUNY FMS are Financial Systems (SUNY Web portal) used by department account managers to view state account allocation, expenditure and encumbrance balances. The system is also used by staff to reconcile AEPC Visa card purchases.
If you haven't already done so, you should take some time to familiarize yourself with SUNY BI which will replace SMRT. We have been working with other SUNY campuses to ensure that SUNY BI provides all the functionality that SMRT did and more. Access the dashboards through the SUNY BI Analytics portal
