Only the VP Coordinator of your department may make requests for an employee to have access.

You can create a service ticket by going to

  • going to service.stonybrook.edu 
  • selecting SOLAR, NetID and Other Accounts from the Service Catalog
  • selecting SUNY/SMRT from the *Service (Accounts and Passwords) menu
  • selecting New Account from the *Issue Type (Accounts and Password) menu
