Get Help or Report a Problem

Getting help or reporting a problem to the Division of Information Technology is easy.

First, check system status to see if there's a known issue. If not, skip the line and submit a help ticket, and our team will be in touch in the order tickets are received. For emergencies or account issues, call for assistance (or we will create a ticket for you if you call, and our techs will reach out as soon as possible).
