SB Events is a web-based event registration management service available to the University community who are interested in having online registration for a University sponsored event and/or fee collection from attendees.
SB Events does not include room reservations, catering, or event staff.

SB Events does not include venue reservations, catering, parking or other event services. Conferences and Events Services located in the Wang Center provides an array of services to complete your event.

Completing Your Application
Review the following information to guide you through completing your SB Events application.
Fee-based events must be approved by the University Controller Prior to completing the online application. Effective October 2018, Fee-based conferences/workshops sponsored by the campus will only be approved if using an IFR account.
All applications require your department head approval and must be submitted at least 5 weeks prior to your event start date.

• Registration begin & end date
• Registration cut-off date
After your application has been reviewed an SB Events team member will contact you to work closely with you to build your registration page and design any necessary reports.
