Optional Items for Your Event

Options for your event may be items a registrant can purchase that are not included in the event registration, for example raffle tickets, t-shirts, DVDs or other conference related material, as well as donations / contributions to your event.

After establishing the basic fundamentals of your event, you may submit your event request to the SB Event Management team. 

Complete the online Event Request form.  

Contacting the SB Event Management team in the very early stages of event planning will ensure that enough lead time (60 - 90 days) is available to get your event set up, tested and launched by your deadline.
