Troubleshooting Logging into the VPN with 2-step login (Duo Security)

When you log into the VPN:  https://vpn.stonybrook.edu

Your default Duo device will receive a push notification (recommeded setup), call you or send you an SMS to complete the log in. 

If you do not have your default device available, you will not be able to log in.  However, you can change your default device to another, previously enrolled device by going to the Duo Security Self Service portal:  http://duoselfservice.stonybrook.edu/
