Temporary DUO Bypass Code

If you previously enrolled additional devices in the Single Sign On (SSO) Settings, you can switch your default device to one that is handy.  If not, call 2-9800 or submit a service ticket.

In most cases, the Duo administrator will send you an enrollment link to add a smartphone, tablet, or landline to Duo Security. Then use this device to login into  Single Sign On Settings and switch default devices.


If you are granted a temporary bypass code from the Duo Administrator, enter it in your system's password field after a comma next to your password:  password,bypasscode
