In order to protect data and maintain security, to collaborate on a Qualtrics survey with someone from another institution, your department must enter the external collaborator into Peoplesoft as an "Affiliate" with NetID Access. Once the department completes this step, the external collaborator will be able to access NetID services, like Qualtrics.
