If your department has a need for additional features which you are unsure if the product is capable of achieving or you want features activated which have not been enabled yet, your departments POC should open a ticket and include the name of the feature you would like activated. If the name is unknown or a customization is requested, a description is acceptable.

For customizations (or new workflow requests), please include any flowcharts or diagrams that will aid the developers in creating the content requested.
