What to do if you have scanner problems

  1. Verify the scanner is powered on and that the USB cord is connected to the computer and back of the scanner.

  2. Attempt to scan into an alternate imaging application such as MS Paint.

  3. Contact your departments Point of Contact for assistances.

  4. Call Client Support at 2-9800 or submit a service ticket here.
