Troubleshooting Clicker Issues

If you are experiencing problems with your Turning Technologies clicker, account, or license, there are a number of potential causes.

Before contacting TLT or Turning Technologies with questions about your clicker, please make sure you have the following:

  1. A Turning Technologies account
  2. A valid license code applied to your Turning Technologies account (NOT a Responseware license)
  3. A Device ID listed under the "Response Devices" tab on your Turning Technologies account
