Submitting a Ticket for VPN Help or to Request Access

To get the quickest assistance with any VPN issue and to ensure your ticket gets routed to the correct group, it is important to submit a service ticket under the correct Service Catalog as follows.

  1. Sign in with your NetID and NetID password at
  2. Click BROWSE ENTIRE CATALOG near the top-left corner
  3. In the Search bar near the top-right corner, type VPN; as you type, click the Remote Connectivity suggestion that appears
  4. The Remote Connectivity form will display. Click on the drop-down menu for Select the System Name or Needed Activity and choose the best option
  5. Complete your location and other details as needed, and click Submit
