Submitting a Ticket for VPN Help or to Request Access

To get the quickest assistance with any VPN issue and to ensure your ticket gets routed to the correct group, it is important to submit a service ticket under the correct Service Catalog as follows.

  1. Sign in with your NetID and NetID password at service.stonybrook.edu
  2. Click BROWSE ENTIRE CATALOG near the top-left corner or click the button Click to Submit Request or Report Incident
  3. In the Search bar type

    Request VPN Access

  4. Click on the Catalog Item in the drop-down
  5. Then fill out the form:
