Echo360 recordings can be viewed on a computer through an internet browser or through the Echo360 mobile app.

Echo360 computer viewing requirements: 

From a computer, Echo360 can be viewed using the most recent versions of:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Safari
  • Internet Explorer (11 or higher)
  • Microsoft Edge

 

Echo360 mobile viewing requirements: 

From a mobile device, Echo360 mobile app can be downloaded on:

  • iOS 9.1 or later
  • Android 5.0 and up
  • Windows 10 version 10586.0 or higher
