In some cases, when a website or web-based software is not behaving as expected and clearing the browser cache doesn't resolve the issue, remove the browser cookies.

  1. To manage the cookies in Chrome, in the URL address bar, enter chrome://settings/clearBrowserData. The following pop up menu should appear:
  2. Scroll down to See all cookies and site data

  3. In the pop-up menu, select Advanced, change the time range to All time, and select all of the options.

  4. Then, press Delete data.
