SBU will be implementing Google Workspace storage limits for all beginning February 24th to ensure sustainable and effective use of our cloud resources.

Based on feedback from our community, we increased limits from the originally proposed 350GB (Faculty/Staff) and 50GB (Students) to 400GB (Faculty/Staff) and 75GB (Students). Read more about the updated limits.
New Google Workspace Storage Limits that will go into effect during the Spring 2026 semester are:
- Faculty and Staff: 350 GB
- Students (Undergraduate and Graduate): 50 GB
- Shared Drives: 400 GB
