FSL is a comprehensive library of analysis tools for FMRI, MRI and DTI brain imaging data.  It is developed by the Analysis Group at FMRIB of the University of Oxford.

Current Version

FSL 5.0.10 is available on SeaWulf as a module.  This can be accessed by:

module load fsl/5.0.10

 

FDT Submission Scripts

For FDT submission scripts you must set the FSLMACHINELIS environment variable with the following command:

export FSLMACHINELIS=awk 'NR%2{{printf "%s ",$0;next;}}1' $SLURM_NODELIST
