Signing into the SUNY Portal

SUNY BI (Business Intelligence) is a Web-based system and does not require the installation of any special software. To log in

1. Go to suny.edu/analytics
2. Select your Campus: Stony Brook
3. Click Login
4. Enter your NetID and NetID password and approve the DUO prompt.

SUNY FMS is another web-based financial system that does not require any installation of any software.

4. Enter your NetID and NetID password and approve the DUO prompt.
