Only the VP Coordinator of your department may make requests for an employee to have access.
If you still need help, please contact Customer Engagement & Support at 632-9800 or create a service ticket.
You can create a service ticket by:
- Going to service.stonybrook.edu
- Selecting SOLAR, NetID and Other Accounts from the Service Catalog
- Selecting SUNY/SMRT from the *Service (Accounts and Passwords) menu
- Selecting New Account from the *Issue Type (Accounts and Password) menu
