Using Templates in Onbase

Templates are useful for common forms or documents that need to be added to a record in OnBase. 

 

To create a document using a template:

  1. Click Templates in the ribbon.

  2. Select the template you want to use and edit.

  3. Make the changes to the document.

  4. When you click save The OnBase Save Icon (Floppy Disk) on the document,  a window will open asking for the keyword index values:Screenshot of the Import pane asking you to input Keyword Metadata.
  5. Then click Import to upload the file into OnBase.
