Using AFNI

AFNI (Analysis of Functional NeuroImages) is a set of C programs for processing, analyzing, and displaying functional MRI (FMRI) data - a technique for mapping human brain activity.  It is developed by the SSCC (Scientific and Statistical Computing Core) of the National Institute of Mental Health.

AFNI 17.2.05 is available on SeaWulf as a module.  This can be accessed by:

module load afni/17.2.05
