  • If you are getting the message "You are not allowed to access this site from your current location.  You must be in one of Stony Brook Residential buildings"...
  • If you registered successfully but your device is still not connected...
    • Turn off wifi for 5 minutes and then turn it back on.
  • If you are trying to register your device but getting an error...
  • If you registered your device last semester, but cannot connect this semester...
    • You will need to re-register your devices every semester.
