Transferring Ownership of a Qualtrics Survey
In the event an owner of a survey is leaving the University (or moving to a different department), they may submit a request for DoIT staff to transfer ownership.
To request that your Qualtrics Survey be transferred to a new owner submit a help ticket
In the ticket, include
- The date you would like the survey(s) transferred
- Names of Survey(s) to transfer
- Email address of the owner that you want the survey transferred to
**We can only accept requests to transfer from the current owner of the survey. In the event the owner has left, we require written permission from the Department Chair.
