The UKG Community to Learn More About myTIME

For help and support for myTIME you can create a help ticket at help.stonybrook.edu.  How to seek more information about myTIME (UKG Dimensions) and to ask questions, you can register for the UKG Community with the solution ID 6182265.

To register for the UKG Community, please do the following:

1. Launch the UKG Community
2. Click the register icon on the home page.  
3. Enter your solution ID 6182265 and click Validate  
4. Fill out your profile and hit “Save”  

Then you will receive an email to create your password from Customer & Partner Community onesupport-noreply@ukg.com.  

If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes, please let community@ukg.com know and provide your solution ID.
