Sharing My Screen in Google Hangouts

You can easily share your screen (either an application or desktop) in Google Hangouts.

Share your screen in a Google Hangout:

  1. Initiate your hangout and invite guests
  2. Once the Hangout is started, click the Screenshare button screenshare icon on the upper left side (if you don't see this button, move your mouse toward the top-left corner of the Hangout screen until it appears)
  3. Select a screen or application running on your computer to share, and then click Share
