Recovering deleted documents

OnBase will send a deleted file to the Trash Can (Recycle Bin) where the document can be restored by the user who deleted it within 30 days.

Restoring a Document

  1. To restore a document navigate to the Home menu bar within OnBase Unity Client and select the Trash Can

  2. Then select the document that needs to be restored and click Restore

  3. The selected document will then be searchable by others within OnBase again.
