PeopleSoft Administrative Services - Report a Problem/Forgot Password

If you forgot your password or need to report a problem with PeopleSoft Administrative Services, please create a ticket in the IT Service Portal.

Make sure you complete the form with accurate information. Someone will contact you with a resolution either by email or by phone.

  • Choose the Problem Area that describes the type of access you have and where you are having the problem
  • Provide your name
  • Your Stony Brook ID
  • A phone number that you can be reached at
  • An e-mail address that you can be reached at
  • Your PeopleSoft username
  • Problem description as detailed as possible
  • Any additional information that might be helpful
