Staff
Departments should understand the time requirements for certain types of transactions that will take a staff member to perform.
Departments are encouraged to perform their own time studies and should include tasks like:
- Preparing documents for scanning (e.g. removing clips, tap, staples, etc...)
- Creating a folder
- Updating data requirements within the system (if any)
- Scanning 50 pages
- Naming Documents
- Auditing 50 pages
- Filing scanned paperwork for monthly destruction
