Creating or Updating Your Profile in the Stony Brook Jobs Portal (TMS)
You can update your personal information, work history, education, and upload a new resume or other attachments like a cover letter or certificates in your profile in the Stony Brook Jobs portal (TMS).

- Launch the Stony Brook Job Portal
- Click Current Employees
- Log in with your NetID and NetID password
- Click your name at the top right of the screen and then click Profile
- Click on Additional Attachments

- Click on Choose File and then Select the file and then Attach to update your profile with the current resume.

- Click Save and Continue and then click Submit.
How do I know if my profile was updated?
Once you hit submit you will receive a Thank You message.
