 Is your Instructor using Brightspace?  We encourage all students to read through the tips below:

Brightspace Tips for Students

  • Download and utilize the Brightspace Mobile App, Pulse
  • Check your notification settings in Brightspace to ensure you are receiving all necessary information from your courses.
  • Make sure you select the correct semester under the “My Courses” widget. 
  • If you do not see your course, check that you are enrolled in SOLAR. (It takes approximately 24 hours for a course to appear in Brightspace after registering.)
  • If you feel you aren't receiving emails and notifications from Brightspace (and notifications are turned on) make sure to check your spam folder.
  • Reach out to your Instructor if you have questions about course content, etc!
