Classroom Technology & Support Solutions Equipment
Classroom Technology & Support Solutions offers a variety of portable equipment to Faculty and Full-Time Staff for classroom instruction and events.
The inventory includes:
- computers
- projectors
- video players
- video recorders
- audio players
- audio recorders
- microphones
- P/A systems
- LCD TV’s
- Portable USB battery chargers for BYOD devices
- slide advancers
- web conferencing kits
- cables, tripods, and other accessories
Equipment is loaned on a first-come, first-serve basis, according to availability, but priority is given to classroom instruction. Currently, only the Service Counter at the Javits Lecture Center provides check-out services for equipment. Instructor's teaching within the Health Science Center or Frey Hall can request presentation equipment from their respective service counters.
In addition to borrowing equipment, instructors may contact either of the Service Counters for extended help or to schedule a training session on using certain types of equipment. Instructors may also obtain help guides and consummable classroom supplies such as chalk and white board markers.
