OneDrive

50 GB file storage accessible in the cloud that you can access and share from any phone, tablet or computer.  OneDrive provides the ability to create, edit and share files without software, just Internet access.   And you can work with other people in realtime on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote files.

What is OneDrive?

Keep Your Files With You

OneDrive allows you access important files across a variety of devices - simply sign into your account. Never forget a file again!

Perfect for Collaboration

You can easily share files with other OneDrive users. Privacy settings allow you to determine which users can edit your files, and which users can only view them.

Familiar Tools

Because OneDrive is a Microsoft Office product, it gives you access to popular Office tools (such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).  You can also organize your files stored on OneDrive with folders.

Offline Access

OneDrive has an offline mode so that you can continue to work on your documents, even without an internet connection.

Back Up Your Work

With OneDrive, you can store your files online. You can also easily transfer files between devices by downloading them from your account.

File Archive

OneDrive keeps an archive of the edits made to each file, so if an incorrect edit is made, the file can quickly be restored to an earlier version. You can even set up approval processes for documents that need to undergo several reviews.
