Starting on Friday, October 1st…. when you dial 631-632-9800 for assistance, you can select one of the  options below for direct assistance:

  • Press “1” for assistance with Stony Brook’s NetID Services and/or SOLAR accounts
  • Press “2” for assistance with Academic Technology tools
  • Press “3” for  assistance with classroom equipment
  • Press “4” for general technical assistance
