Request for Extensions for Google & O365
If your department has purchased a tool that has an add on/extension for Google and/or O365 and you would like DoIT to enable it, you can submit a request. Requests will be reviewed once a tool has been approved by InfoSec & the EIT (Accessibility teams).
All requests that have been approved by Info Sec & EIT, will receive a response within 2 weeks.
Requestors are responsible for:
- Defining who has access to the extension
- Providing documentation of approvals
- Supplying support contact information
- Testing extension before it is released in Production
For Campus wide implementations, both requestor and DoIT will collaborate on communication of change to campus
