NolijWeb Document Management System
Nolij is a web-based document management system available for University departments who are interested in eliminating paper and managing their business files online.

Implementing a Nolij Project
DoIT recommends that departments start with the "basic" document imaging project which includes being able to scan documents, file them into folders, and search. Think of this as an electronic version of your filing cabinets.
Departments who are interested in implementing a Nolij project will need to assign a Department "Point of Contact". This person will be responsible for working closely with the Nolij Administrators to make the decisions necessary for the project. The “Point of Contact” will also need to work closely with Internal Audit Records Management Officer to establish retention policies which will be incorporated into the department NolijWeb instances.
The Department Point of Contact must submit the Nolij Request Form to have a Nolij expert contact them.
