K16 Storage Solutions  is used to store course content and student data until all data is moved over from Blackboard to Brightspace.

This storage solution is for archival of data and provides limited file formats.  Requests for student data or course content will be received in PDF or screenshot images.  Therefore, it is strongly advised to download student data from Blackboard for safe keeping and auditing purposes before 2023.   Blackboard course content from Fall 2021-Fall 2022 is available in your Brightspace "Conversions" term.  If there is content from semesters prior to Fall 2021 that you need,  you can import it to your Brightspace sandbox course so that it is in a useable format for your future courses. 

After the completion of each semester, it is strongly recommended for you to:

1. Download Student Data from Blackboard
2. Export Course Content from Blackboard and Import it into Brightspace
