Learn New Calendar
To help everyone with this new look, you can try it out starting January 16, 2018. DoIT Training also has a variety of ways for you to explore and learn about the new interface:
- Self-guided online training, with videos (~15 min)
- New Calendar video playlist (~11 min)
- Live online and in-person training workshops
- Google’s guide to what's new in Google Calendar
Try New Calendar
After January 16, 2018, switch to the new look by clicking the blue Use new Calendar button near the top right of your calendar, and then select Upgrade now. Between now and February 28th, you can switch between the two versions (switch back to classic by clicking the gear in the top-right corner and selecting Back to classic Calendar).
Beginning February 28, 2018, everyone will be on new Calendar - the classic view will no longer be available.
