Viewing Members of a Google Group if the "All Members" Setting is Grayed Out

If you are the manager of a Google Group but cannot view the entire list of group members, please check the following setting:

  1. Go to your groups at groups.google.com
  2. Click on the My Groups button
  3. The next screen lists the groups you belong to; click on Manage group by the name of the group that you want to view members for (note: if you don't see Manage by one of your groups, you don't have access to manage that group)

  4. On the left side of your screen, select Permissions and then Moderation permissions
  5. Scroll to the the Manage members section, click Select groups of users, and select (check) Managers of the group.

  6. Click the Save at the top of the screen
