Use these instructions to request a Sharepoint Site or Google Shared Drive (Team Drive):

  1. In a web browser, go to service.stonybrook.edu/portal and sign in with your NetID and NetID password
  2. Click Browse Entire Catalog near the top left
  3. Select Communication and Collaboration

  4. Then select Collaboration

  5. Select Request a Sharepoint Site or Request a Shared Drive (Team Drive)
  6. Complete the form fields and click Submit (you may need to adjust the slider to view and complete both sides of the form)

*In June 2019, Google renamed Team Drives to Shared Drives.
