Reconnecting to the Stony Brook VPN on a Mac

If you've already downloaded and installed GlobalProtect on your computer, use these directions to connect 

  1. Click the GlobalProtect icon globalprotect icon showing not currently connected in the menu bar and select Connect; if the menu instead says Disconnect, you're already connected (if the GlobalProtect icon globalprotect icon showing not currently connected doesn't appear in the menu bar, see Troubleshooting)

  2. Next, approve authentification on your default Duo Enrolled device.

    If your default device is a call, then pick up the phone when it rings and press any key on the number pad to finish authentication.
