Students have reported that they are experiencing trouble opening SBConnect using Safari on Mac (OSX 10.10).  If you can't open SBConnect, try removing the sandbox restrictions and re-launch SBConnect.

You can remove sandbox restrictions by following these instructions:

1. Once you're on the SBConnect sign in page, click the Safari menu in the upper left corner of your screen and choose Preferences

2. Click the Security tab and choose Manage Website Settings...

3. Right-click the SBConnect website from the list of currently open websites

4. Click Run in Unsafe Mode from the drop-down menu

5. When prompted, please choose to Trust the website

6. Click Done and then close the Preferences window

7. Refresh the page to enable your changes
