Manually Setting Up the WolfieNet-Secure Connection Using Ubuntu

Step 1

Click the wireless network symbol to display available wireless networks. Choose WolfieNet-Secure.

Step 2

Change the settings on this screen to look like the choices shown here:

Wireless Security: WPA & WPA2 Enterprise
Authentication: Protected EAP (PEAP)
CA Certificate: None
PEAP Version: Automatic
Inner Authentication: MSCHAPv2

Add your NetID in the User Name field and your NetID Password in the Password field. Click Connect.

Step 3

You will receive a warning message saying No Certificate Authority certificate chosen. Click Ignore. A wireless WolfieNet-Secure connection will be created.
