Qualtrics has implemented "Authenticated Support" which means you will need to sign in to get assistance from Qualtrics support.

You can get Chat, Email, and Phone support from Qualtrics if you are Stony Brook Staff, Faculty, or Student.

 

Contacting Qualtrics Support

  1. In a browser window, sign into Qualtrics 
  2. Near the top right click ? then click Contact Support
    ? for help
  3.  Click on Sign in with SSO
  4. Type in stonybrookuniversity (one word, no spaces)
  5. If prompted, login to the  NetID Single Sign On (SSO) page with your NetID and NetID Password.

  6. Next, you will be prompted to specify your status and then you can choose from a list of suggested support requests or click I have a different support request
  7. Choose Survey Platform from the list of products to proceed to Chat, Email or Phone support:

There is a new process for phone support starting August 19, 2020.  After you authenticate (above), you will be prompted to enter your phone number so that they can call you:
