Equipment installed in General Purpose Classrooms is supported by AV Services. Equipment in classrooms is maintained at regular times before and throughout the semester. However, due to the rigorous demand of classroom technology, some equipment may not perform as expected. Instructors are encouraged to notify AV Services of an issue immediately so there is a minimal impact to instructional time. 

Users having issues with installed equipment within a GPC can reach out to AV Services directly via a phone call or email, or can utilize the "Report a Problem" button on DoIT website.
