  1. Log into Softweb.Use your NetID and password to log in.
  2. Under Faculty & Staff Applications, select Respondus.
  3. Select the correctversion of Respondus for your operating system. There is a version for Windows 98 through XP, and a separate version for Windows Vista.

  1. Download and install Respondus
  2. Create, add, and modify questions in an assessment
  3. Apply settings to an assessment
  4. Print, preview, and publish to Blackboard
  5. Retrieve summary reports after the assessment has been taken
  6. Retrieve assessments from Blackboard

In addition to being able to input questions directly into Respondus's intuitive interface, users may also compose their questions in Microsoft Word or other programs. Read  Respondus: Importing Questions from Other Files for more information.
