Calling into Your Voicemail from Any Phone

Before dialing into your voicemail make sure you have your office phone Password/PIN handy.  If you never created a PIN the default is 000000

You can call into your office phone's voicemail by dialing 631-632-2401 (if you are using another on-campus phone just dial x22401).  You will be prompted to enter your extension and then your PIN.

While listening to the message you can control your voicemail with these options:

Replay entire message .................................. 7 3
Save the message............................................4
Delete the message ........................................6
Skip to the next message................................2
Reply to a message (delete or save first)........1
Forward a message (delete or save first) .......9
Call the sender (delete or save first).............. 7 0
Reply ..............................................................#
Return to main menu .................................... 7 #

Alternatively, voicemail is recorded and sent to our email addresses audio files.
