Blackboard provides several ways to integrate audio, video, and images into your course. Pull content directly from websites like YouTube and Flickr using Mashups. A mashup is integration of two or more technologies. Blackboard has partnered with Flickr, SlideShare, and YouTube to make it easier to share photos, presentations and videos in your course!

1. Select any Content Area from your course menu.
2. Select Build Content, then any option under Mashups.

3. Blackboard has built the search functionality for Flickr, SlideShare and YouTube directly into your course, so you don’t have to leave to find what you need! Type your search terms into the form provided, then click Go.

4. All items that match your terms will be listed. When you find one that looks interesting, click Preview to watch it first. If you want to add it to your course, click Select.
5. On the following page, set your desired display options, then click Preview to see how it looks. When satisfied, click Submit.
