Accessing the Online DoIT Training Adobe Connect Room

DoIT Training holds some online events. When you're scheduled for an online event with DoIT Training, you'll need to test your connection ahead of time. At the time of the event, access the online training room.

Test Your Connection

A day or hour before the training, test your connection

Access the Online Training

  1. A few minutes before the training, access the training at
  2. Choose Enter as a Guest
  3. Type your name
  4. Select Enter Room

Set up Your Screen and Audio

Once signed in, check these 3 things:

  1. Check that your sound is working by verifying that the speaker icon is enabled/on (green) ""
  2. Type any questions or comments in the chat area and hit enter to send them ""
  3. Maximize your browser window (Windows: "" Mac: "")
