Courses on Blackboard are available to students enrolled in that particular course from the date of enrollment up until the end of the period to dispute a grade.  The period to dispute a grade is determined by the Registrar's Office.  Once the period to dispute a grade has expired, the course and all relevant course materials are no longer available to students.  Course materials uploaded to Blackboard are the intellectual property of the course instructor and/or subject to copyright laws.

If you would like to access course materials for courses you have taken in the past, you must contact the instructor to obtain access.  Access to these documents are at the instructor's discretion.
