Using Formulas with Form Data in Google Spreadsheets

Google Forms is a powerful way to collect data, allowing for analysis in a spreadsheet. However, using formulas, you can do even more with the form data, for example automatically count the number of a certain response (e.g., number of "yes" responses), add up values within a response (e.g., total cost of requested equipment), automatically pull only some data into a separate worksheet for further analysis
